Diana Cano began her professional human resources career in 1997. With over 20 years of professional Human Resources experience, Diana is a subject matter expert in the full spectrum of human resources management. Diana has held progressively responsible positions with public sector, special district, and private sector employers. Diana has notable experience in strategic human resources planning, performance management, staffing, succession planning, employment law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and human resources coaching/mentoring.

In 2021, Diana decided to start her own human resources consulting business where she has been able to deliver human resources solutions and a wide range of human resources policies and procedures, documents, and recruitment activities to various businesses. Diana has also worked with active job seekers with job preparedness skills and has provided coaching/mentoring of newly hired and promoted human resources staff.

Diana was born and raised in Fresno, CA, and was a private and public education student during grammar, middle and high school years and is a graduate of California State University, Fresno. Diana is a proud mother of 2 sons and has 8 grandchildren combined with her husband Gilbert. During her spare time, Diana spends time with her family, watches her grandchildren participate in their extra-curricular activities, attends live sporting events, participates in road and trail cycling events, enjoys food and wine tasting, and traveling with her husband.
